PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of properly presenting an answer, in accordance with a user attribute, such as an operation environment.SOLUTION: An information search presentation apparatus includes: an operation information acquisition section for acquiring a question transmitted from a terminal; a storage section for storing answer candidates with respect to the question and user attribute information of a user of the terminal to which the answer candidate is to be transmitted; an answer extraction section which calculates similarity for each answer candidate associated with the question acquired by the operation information acquisition section in the storage section, to extract an answer from the answer candidates by use of the similarity; and an output section which outputs the extracted answer to the terminal. The answer extraction section specifies user attribute information of the user who has transmitted the question, to calculate similarity between user specification information and the user attribute information associated with the answer candidate in the storage section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
