PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milling cutter with small resistance force.SOLUTION: A milling cutter is used to form a contour line, which has a first part and a second part connected to the first part, of a processed product, and includes a shaft having a central axial line, a plurality of first cutting parts, and a plurality of second cutting parts. The first cutting parts rotate around the central axial line of the shaft, and forms the first part of the contour line by cutting the processed product while forming a first rotation locus. The second cutting parts rotate around the central axial line of the shaft, and forms the second part of the contour line by cutting the processed product while forming a second rotation locus.
