PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor which suppresses cost of manufacture and in which laminated steel sheets are unlikely to be short-circuited electrically.SOLUTION: A brushless motor 10 comprises: a stator core to which split cores 35 including teeth are coupled in a cylindrical shape; a first insulator 54 and a second insulator 55 which are externally fitted to the teeth at the side of a first end 81 and at the side of a second end 82 in an axial direction 103; and a coil which is wound around the teeth via the insulators 54 and 55. Each of the split cores 35 is configured by laminating the steel sheets in the axial direction 103 and has a space 95 that penetrates in the axial direction 103. The insulators 54 and 55 include a first extension part 63 and a second extension part 73 which extend in the axial direction 103. The extension parts 63 and 73 inserted into the space 95 are brought into press-contact with side surfaces 95A and 95B. A position P of the first extension part 63 is located closer to an extension proximal end of the second extension part 73 than a position P of the second extension part 73.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
