REPAIR METHOD FOR GROUND TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method for a ground terminal of a connection box for an insulated oil-filled (OF) cable by which labor can be reduced and a work time can be shortened and that a worker having an average skill can easily implement by using small kinds of machines.SOLUTION: The repair method in the case where the ground terminal adhered on a surface of a metal protective tube forming the connection box of the OF cable is dropped includes: a sheath peeling step (S1) for peeling a sheath material that covers the surface of the metal protective tube; an adapter fitting step (S2) for fitting a conductive adapter in contact with the surface that is exposed by peeling the sheath material; a terminal connection step (S3) for connecting a terminal to the adapter; and a covering step (S4) for covering the terminal that is connected to the adapter, the adapter and the metal protective tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
