PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness protection structure of an electronic and electric appliance that is space-saving and certainly prevents a harness from breaking loose even when a harness protection member is movable; and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A manual tray 2 and a link 4 are connected to each other and the manual tray 2 moves along with the rotation of the link 4 with respect to a rotation fulcrum 5 in the configuration. A harness 8 that connects the manual tray 2 as a movable part with a control circuit on a main body side moves along with the rotation of the link 4 at the time of opening/closing the manual tray 2. A harness breaking loose prevention stopper 9 has a shape of a circular arc following the rotation trajectory of a harness guide 6 and has a configuration in which an opening 7 is always in a closed state even when the harness guide 6 is movable. After the harness is laid in the movable harness guide having the opening (e.g. U-shaped, L-shaped or semicircle-shaped), a guide surface (stopper) is attached to an opening surface to close the opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
