PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cathode active material for nonaqueous secondary battery capable of obtaining high capacity at an atmospheric temperature by suppressing cycle deterioration, a nonaqueous secondary battery and on-vehicle nonaqueous secondary battery module.SOLUTION: The cathode active material for nonaqueous secondary battery comprises an internal part 1, an intermediate part 2 which is provided on a surface of the internal part, and a surface part 3 which is provided on a surface of the intermediate part.
