PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable composition using an inorganic pigment, that has an excellent dispersion stability and dischargeability.SOLUTION: There is provided the active energy ray-curable composition which includes an inorganic pigment and a polymerizable monomer, and in which the inorganic pigment is the following (a) or (b), and which has a viscosity change rate (ΔV) calculated based on the following formula (1) of ±10% or less, where Vrepresents initial viscosity at 25°C and V represents storage viscosity after the active energy ray-curable composition is stored still for 14 days at 70°C. (a) a carbon black having a value of hydrophilic functional group content/specific surface area of 7 to 42 μmol/m.
