PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scourer pad that has a low hardness and a strong detergency.SOLUTION: A scourer pad is characterized by having a base fabric 3 comprising nonwoven fabric, laminating a reinforcing layer 2 on one surface of the base fabric 3, performing napping treatment from the other surface of the base fabric 3 using a needle punch, and making it project from the reinforcing layer 2 to form scourer bristles 1. The detergency can be made strong by forming the scourer bristles 1 on the surface of the base fabric 3, even if the hardness of the scourer pad is low. Further, the scourer bristles 1 penetrate the reinforcing layer 2 by the napping treatment using the needle punch, so that the scourer bristles 1 are fixed on the reinforcing layer 2 and the shape of the scourer bristles 1 is maintained, and the bristles are hard to come out. Thereby, a cleaning effect is improved and a life of the scourer pad can be extended.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
