PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a six-row ball bearing linear guideway.SOLUTION: A six-row ball bearing linear guideway of this invention mainly increases an entire static rating load by six-row balls arranged between the guideway and a slide block. Each of the six-row balls becomes symmetrical at both sides of a head part of the guideway and is arranged on it. Balls in the middle sliding groove are durable against a pressure load, a static rating load in a depressing direction is increased, balls positioned in the lower sliding groove are durable against a tensile load, a tooth profile coefficient of each of the lower sliding grooves is smaller than that of each of the upper sliding grooves and a static rating load in an upward tensile direction is also increased. In addition, all the balls in the upper sliding groove, the middle sliding groove and the lower sliding groove are durable against the load in a lateral direction and the static rating load in a lateral direction is increased. This invention may include superior arrangements of static rating loads in the depressing direction, upward tensile direction and lateral direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
