PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact structure of a double type high luminance LED head lamp capable of producing high output at a low electric power, having a super long life, and having a simple structure.SOLUTION: This invention is constructed in such a way that a copper plate 100 applied with a printed circuit board 103 having two low beam and high beam light emitting diodes 101, 102 is fixed to both surfaces through a copper plate fixing surface 204 arranged at an intermediate part of a plate-like intermediate part 203 at a substantial central part between the columns 201, 202 at the upper end and lower end of a heat conduction rod 200 integrally molded with aluminum, a column part at the lower end of the heat conduction rod is press fitted at a ferrule 301 of an aluminum heat radiation pedestal 300 having heat radiation fins 302 and with its central part being a cavity 303, and a cylindrical shading plate structure 400 is applied over the upper end and lower end columns of the heat conduction rod to shade predetermined light beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
