PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser oscillator capable of approximating a real output value to a command output value.SOLUTION: An analog voltage output unit 112 applies an analog voltage Va to a laser diode module 113 so that the laser diode module 113 emits a laser beam. An oscillator control unit 111 indicates correspondence among command output values of a plurality of points, a real output value of a laser beam actually emitted by the laser diode module 113 and an analog voltage Va to be outputted by the analog voltage output unit 112 and holds characteristic data in which an intermediate offset value for offsetting real output values between adjacent points is set. The analog voltage output unit 112, when a predetermined command output value is inputted, calculates a correction analog voltage Va in which the predetermined command output value becomes the real output value on the basis of the characteristic data and applies the correction analog voltage Va to the laser diode module 113.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
