PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the workload of confirming, where e-mails are transmitted from a transmitter terminal to a plurality of receiver terminals, messages from the receiver terminals regarding the e-mails.SOLUTION: A mail client 20 transmits to a mail hub device 50 selected contents out of message candidates displayed in association with e-mails received from a mail client 10 (steps 651 and 652), and the mail hub device 50 updates on the basis of the selected contents attached data on an MTB server 40 (steps 653 and 654).
