PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device which can reduce assembling man-hours.SOLUTION: A sealing device 10 is used in a rolling bearing device 1 which comprises an inner shaft 3 and an outer ring 2 which are concentrically arranged, and in which a flange part 6 having a side face 6a opposing one end face of the outer ring 2 with a clearance S is integrally formed at one end of the inner shaft 3, and seals an annular space between the inner shaft 3 and the outer ring 2. The sealing device 10 comprises a slinger 20 which is fit and fixed to one end of the inner shaft 3, and extends to the outside of a radial direction along the side face 6a of the flange part 6, a core grid 30 which is fit and fixed to one end of the outer ring 2, a seal lip 42 which is fixed to the core grid 30, and slide-contacts with the slinger 20, and a seal protrusion 43 which is fixed to the core grid 30 at the outside of a radial direction rather than the seal lip 42, and constitutes a labyrinth seal between an external peripheral end of the slinger 20 and itself.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
