PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting that may be fitted readily for covering an opening, and has a resin member capable of being separated from a metallic member with more certainty when heated.SOLUTION: A fitting is disposed in a metallic hollow member having a hollow part, and includes a resin member covering from outside an open hole linking the hollow part and the outside. The resin member includes an inserted and held part inserted from the outside and held on the hollow member, a cover part covering the open hole, and a connection part connecting the inserted and held part and the cover part, the connection part being more fragile than the inserted and held part.
