PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner that can prevent vibration sound of a lid part while reducing the number of assembly man-hours.SOLUTION: An outdoor unit of an air conditioner comprises: a support plate 31 that is laid between a front plate 11F of a cabinet 11 and an upper end of a heat exchanger 24 and fixed to an upper surface of an angle 20; an electric component housing part 50 that houses a circuit board connected to a compressor 41 and an air blower 40 and is arranged above the compressor 41; and a lid part 60 that closes the front of the electric component housing part 50.
