PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley support double-row angular ball bearing which can prevent the run-on of balls to a groove shoulder, can sufficiently secure an opening part between an outer ring and an inner ring at the insertion of the balls in a bearing assembling process, and can sufficiently secure a bearing space capacity for securing the rigidity of a cage.SOLUTION: A pulley support double-row angular ball bearing comprises: an outer ring 11 having an outer ring raceway groove 11a on an internal peripheral face; an inner ring 12 having an inner ring raceway groove 12a on an external peripheral face; a pair of cages 14 which rollably hold a plurality of balls 13 which are rollably arranged at a contact angle α between the outer ring raceway groove 11a and the inner ring raceway groove 12a which form a double-row. The outer ring has: contact-side groove shoulders 11b which comes into contact with the balls; and non-contact side groove shoulders 11c which do not come into contact with the balls. The inner ring has: contact-side groove shoulders 12b which are formed outside an axial direction rather than the double-row inner ring raceway groove, and comes into contact with the balls; and non-contact side groove shoulders 12c which are formed between the double-row inner ring raceway grooves, and do not come into contact with the balls. Heights H1, H3 of the contact-side groove shoulders 11b, 12b of the outer ring and the inner ring are set higher than heights H2, H4 of the non-contact side groove shoulders 11c, 12c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
