PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electrical insulation resin good in flowability before curing and having enhanced thermal conductivity after curing.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrical insulation resin composition which is a composition of an electrical insulation resin and a silica filler, the silica filer is a crushed silica, there are three peaks representing presence frequency in a particle diameter distribution measured in terms of volume and particle percentage of 0.1 μm is 1 wt.% or less in the whole silica filler and particle percentage of 100 μm or more is 1 wt.% or less in the whole silica filler. There is provided an electrical insulation resin having the three peaks representing presence frequency of the filler is 1 to 5 μm1, 4 to 10 μm2 and 10 to 30 μm3 from smaller side. There is provided an electrical insulation resin where the silica filler has not only a crashed silica, but also molten spherical silica, average particle diameter of the molten spherical silica is 10 μm or more and the amount contained in the whole silica filler in terms of mass is in a range of 0 wt.% to 70 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
