摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical writing device that can prevent an OLED from being deteriorated by being exposed to ultraviolet rays in manufacturing.SOLUTION: An optical writing device 100 comprises: a rod lens array 210 that receives emitted light of an OLED arrayed linearly in a main scanning direction and condenses the light on an outer peripheral surface of a photoreceptor drum 110; and a holder 200, to which are fixed the OLED and the rod lens 210, which has an elongated shape in the main scanning direction and has an opening portion 301 which is elongate in the main scanning direction. When the rod lens array 210 is fixed with an ultraviolet ray curing adhesive to an edge part of the opening portion 301 in a state where an end part of the array which receives the emitted light of the OLED is sunk into the opening portion 301, a protruding portion 300, which is provided between the light receiving end part and the OLED in an optical axis direction of the rod lens array 210 on an inner wall face 201 of the opening portion 301 and protrudes toward an optical axis of the rod lens array 210, reduces amounts of ultraviolet rays coming into the OLED.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
