PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently maintain rice in a rice mill container at an appropriate temperature, and enrich GABA efficiently.SOLUTION: A rice mill is provided with: a bran receiving container 3 which is detachably housed in a storage recessed part 7A of a rice mill main body 2; a rice mill container 4 which is detachably housed in the bran receiving container 3 and has a net-like part 34; and a rice milling body 5 which is arranged in the rice mill container 4 and stirs rice in the rice mill container 4. A linear heater 12 is arranged so as to surround a storage recessed part 7B. Water supply means 61 for supplying moisture to the rice in the rice mill container 4 is arranged on the rice mill main body 2. A heat transmission part 26 is arranged on a side surface of the bran receiving container 3. Thereby, heat generated by the linear heater 12 is transmitted to a space in the bran receiving container 3 through the heat transmission part 26 of the bran receiving container 3 from the storage recessed part 7A. Thereby, the moisture is supplied to rice grains in the rice mill container 4 arranged in the space in the bran receiving container 3 by the water supply means 61, and the rice grains are heated efficiently.
