PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing, with a high production efficiency, a foam laminate that exhibits an excellent insulation property.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a foam laminate comprising at least a layer (A)/a paper substrate/a layer (B), laminated in this order, and in which, characterized: layer (A) is composed of a polyethylene-based resin (a), and layer (B) is composed of a high pressure process low density polyethylene (b); at least the steps of (i) to (iii) shown below are carried out; and the requirements of (iv) to (v) are satisfied. (i) a step of coating a foaming agent-containing solution on one or both faces of the paper substrate; (ii) a step of laminating layer (A) and layer (B) to the paper substrate; (iii) a step of applying heat treatment to the laminate to foam layer (B); (iv) at least (i) and (ii) are carried out by roll-to-roll process; and (v) in between the respective (i) to (iii) steps, the obtained paper substrate or laminate is packaged with a moisture-proof film having a moisture vapor permeability of 50 g/m24 hours or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
