PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological signal amplifying device capable of removing a hum noise without using a notch filter.SOLUTION: A biological signal amplifying device 2 comprises: first and second terminals 12 that receive input of biological signals; a voltage divider 13 that divides voltage between the first and second terminals 12 at a prescribed rate; a differential amplifier 14 that uses ground voltage being the voltage divided by the voltage divider 13 to amplify a difference between the biological signals input into the first and second terminals 12; and an adjustment part 15 that adjusts the ground voltage divided by the voltage divider 13, so as to cancel out noises to be input into the first and second terminals 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
