The present invention relates to a touch panel which can prevent damage to an outside signal line positioned in a bezel area and a touch type display device having the same. According to the present invention, the touch panel includes: multiple first electrodes positioned in a view area of a window cove; multiple second electrodes positioned in the view area of a transparent film facing the window cover; multiple outside signal lines positioned in a bezel area of the transparent film; and a protection layer positioned on the outside signal lines to cover the outside signal lines. |
