The present invention relates to: an improved Rhamen structure system which has a secondary additional steel wire anchorage device protruding toward a girder and a plastic hinge temporary support in the lower end of the girder; a precast girder unit structure which is produced to have the secondary additional steel wire anchorage device protruding toward the girder and the plastic hinge temporary support in the lower end of the girder; and a construction method of a Rhamen structure using the same. When manufacturing the Rhamen structure united by combining a vertical wall body of the Rhamen structure, a precast girder, and a concrete bottom plate slab in order to prevent a negative moment in a corner, the present invention: manufactures a precast girder having the secondary additional steel wire anchorage device protruding toward the girder and having the plastic hinge temporary support in the lower end of the girder; mounts the precast girder on the vertical wall of the Rhamen structure; and maintains the state of the plastic hinge temporary hinge at the end part of the precast girder on the upper part of the vertical wall before depositing and curing the slab concrete of a bottom plate. The present invention has economical advantage by remarkably reducing the cross sectional area of a Rhamen structure with the improvement of structural performance by applying an additional compression force to the outside of a corner and the lower central end of the girder generating bending tensile force when common weight is loaded by inserting, straining, and settling a steel wire into a secondary additional steel wire sheath tube (Q) arranged between both ends of the secondary additional steel wire anchorage device protruding toward the precast girder after the Rhamen structure is manufactured. |
