PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a response time in the case where network quality information in another environment is used, based on a response time that is observed in an actually used environment.SOLUTION: A quality estimation program is provided for a computer to execute processing for acquiring packets exchanged between a client device and a server device at a first point, analyzing the acquired packets to calculate the number of packet losses, calculating at least any one of a maximum value, a minimum value and an average value of a delay time with respect to the packet loss based on the calculated number of packet losses and network quality information in the case where a client device at a second point performs a data communication with the server device, and estimating a response time of the server device to an operation that the client device at the second point performs, based on at least the calculated one of the maximum value, the minimum value and the average value of the delay time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15 |
