PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance activation of a catalyst when the catalyst is inactive, in an engine with a turbosupercharger.SOLUTION: An exhaust passage 13 includes a first passage 131 connected to a turbine 51 of a turbosupercharger 5, and a second passage 132 connected to a catalyst (catalyst device 100) while bypassing the turbine, and the first passage has a cooling structure, so that a temperature of an exhaust gas flowing in the second passage becomes higher than a temperature of an exhaust gas flowing in the first passage. A movable throttle (variable vane 51a) is disposed at an upstream side of the turbine, so that an amount of the exhaust gas flowing into the turbine is limited by throttling the movable throttle at least when the catalyst is inactive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
