PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryogenic liquid filling device in which a charging valve for the first cryogenic liquid container and a charging valve for the second cryogenic liquid container can be easily connected and the connected state can be held and further they can be easily separated even if the charging valves are frozen.SOLUTION: A valve holding part arranged at a base board comprises a shaft member of which both ends are rotatably supported at a pair of bearing pieces; the first rotating member integrally rotated with the shaft member; the second rotating member, the third rotating member and the fourth rotating member rotatably attached to the shaft ember; the fifth member rotatably attached to the fourth rotating member; a guide member for guiding a moving state of the fifth rotating member; a rotation operating lever arranged at one end of the shaft member; and a movable lock member for restricting the second rotating member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
