PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a droplet discharge device reducing a modification of a circuit controlling heads even when a number of heads mounted is changed.SOLUTION: A droplet discharge device 1 comprises: nozzle rows of n+m rows where a plurality of nozzles discharging droplets onto a printing medium is disposed side-by-side; a nozzle row drive data generation section 115 generating nozzle row drive data of the n+m rows consisting of n groups driving the nozzle rows; and a nozzle row drive data conversion section 43 converting the nozzle row drive data of the n+m rows consisting of the n groups generated into nozzle row drive data of the n+m rows consisting of n+m groups.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
