PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily keep constant a form of accommodating a wire when forming a protector capable of accommodating the wire therein by bending a plate.SOLUTION: A protector 20 that covers the periphery of a wire 12 comprises: a protector body part 22 in which an intermediate part between both sides of a bendable plate 30 is formed cylindrical so as to cover the outer periphery of the wire 12; a plurality of one-side edges 24 which are provided at one side of the plate 30 at intervals in a direction of extension; and at least one other-side edge 26 which is provided at the other side of the plate 30 so as to be positioned between the plurality of one-side edges 24.
