PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business form processing program and business form processing device that perform a discrimination of a category of a business form using a ruled line on the business form and unique information on the business form in OCR processing, perform character recognition using a definition body corresponding to the category of the business form, and thereby can properly process even a private business form not managed by a business form ID.SOLUTION: A business form processing program is configured to: extract a ruled line layout from a business form image read by an image reading device; refer to a business form definition body database having a plurality of business form layouts stored based on the extracted ruled line layout to collate the business form layout matching the ruled line layout within a prescribed range; collate a corresponding character recognition item for the collated ruled line layout and business form layout; and correct the collated character recognition item of the business form layout so as to match the character recognition item of the ruled line layout.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
