PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor design support program that can improve accuracy of power consumption analysis using circuit information on an RTL.SOLUTION: A semiconductor design support device calculates the amount of delay of a path between flip flops included in a logical circuit obtained by performing simple composition from an RTL, and determines a correction coefficient of an activation ratio from a glitch occurrence probability table D7 on the basis of a variation in the calculated delay amount. The semiconductor design support device corrects the activation ratio of the flip flops on the basis of the determined correction coefficient to create corrected cell activation ratio information D8, and calculates power consumption on the basis of the corrected cell activation ratio information D8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
