PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering roll connector capable of reducing assembly deviation between a stator and a rotator in assembly of a vehicle body.SOLUTION: A steering roll connector 1 includes an eccentricity absorption mechanism 28 capable of absorbing assembly deviation between a stator 2 and a rotator 3 which may be generated due to assembly of a steering wheel. In this case, a core metal of a steering wheel is interlocked and fixed on an interlock projection 29 of an interlock plate 12 to be an element of an interlock mechanism 11. The eccentricity absorption mechanism 28 includes a first direction eccentricity absorption section 30 configured by locking a projection portion 31 of the interlock plate 12 with a long hole 32 of a plate energization section 13 and a second direction eccentricity absorption section 35 configured by locking a projection portion 36 of a sleeve 14 with a long hole 37 of the plate energization section 13. When assembling the steering wheel to the vehicle body, eccentricity in an X-axis direction is absorbed by the first direction eccentricity absorption section 30 and eccentricity in a Y-axis direction is absorbed by the second direction eccentricity absorption section 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
