PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturizable synthetic aperture radar capable of obtaining more detailed information; and a terrestrial platform, an automobile, a vehicle, an unmanned aircraft, an aircraft, an artificial satellite and a stratospheric platform loaded therewith.SOLUTION: A terrestrial platform, an automobile, a vehicle, an unmanned aircraft, an aircraft, an artificial satellite or a stratospheric platform related to one viewpoint is loaded with an elliptic-circular polarization synthetic aperture radar.
