PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of predicting a wholesale power price.SOLUTION: A wholesale power price prediction system selects, on the basis of an attribute prediction value being a prediction value of attribute on the prediction object day and a decision tree showing a relation between the attribute and a plurality of clusters, an object cluster corresponding to the attribute prediction value from among the plurality of clusters, selects one specific prediction system from among a plurality of prediction systems on the basis of the object cluster and prediction system switching information, and calculates a time-series wholesale power price on the prediction object day as a time series prediction value using the specific prediction system according to a plurality of time-series actual values on the observation days.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
