PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking mechanism of a walking car capable of braking the walking car to a desired travel speed only by rotatably operating a brake lever, and capable of surely keeping parking or a parked state in a desired place, in the present invention.SOLUTION: A lever lock mechanism 745 provided in a brake support part 74 of a handle part 7 in a walking car 1, is constituted of a locking member 746 pivoted on a lever support body 732 in a brake lever 73 and displacing a locking angle and a locking position by rotational operation of the brake lever 74, a member locking part 748 formed on the upper side of the locking member 746 in a brake support part 74 and a coil spring 747 loaded in a loading part 732c of the locking member 746 and energizing the locking member 746 in the locking direction to locking parts 748a and 748b formed in a stairs shape of the member locking part 748.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
