PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal technology which can efficiently remove floating matters without the necessity for cleaning a base board after cutting, in a base board cutter.SOLUTION: An operation method of a base board cutter includes: a base board cutting process which cuts base boards by a tool, and in which chips generated at the cutting are discharged by an exhaust mechanism via a cutting jig; and a floating matter discharge process in which floating matters which are scattered or floated to the surroundings of the cutting jig are discharged by an exhaust mechanism when removing the cut base board from the cutting jig, and placing a succeeding base board on the cutting jig.EFFECT: Since the floating matters are forcibly discharged in the floating matter discharge process, a risk that the floating matters adhere to the base board is eliminated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
