PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold capable of executing suction and decompression in a cavity 39c from an outer peripheral direction and an upper direction by uniform pressure and shortening time necessary for the suction and decompression to produce a high-quality cast, and a vacuum casting apparatus using the same.SOLUTION: The vacuum casting apparatus mold for vertically stacking an upper die 29b and a lower die 29a to form a cavity 29c, and filling the cavity 29c with molten metal 12 from a stoke 1' connected to a sprue 29d provided in the lower part of the lower die 29a to form a cast is characterized in that a vacuum pump 25 is connected to a bellows 39, a plurality of push pins 38 is provided in the bellows 39 to penetrate the upper die 29b, the plurality of push pins 38 is provided from the bellows 39 to penetrate the upper die 29b, a gap 42 is provided between the upper die 29b and the lower die 29a, an air passage 44 is provided on its entire periphery to communicate with the vacuum pump 25, and a gap 43 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the push pins 38 to enable communication of air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
