The present invention relates to a load-following operation method of a nuclear reactor and a load-following operation system for the same. The load-following operation method according to the present invention includes: a step of determining a deviation between a required turbine load and a nuclear reactor output; and a step of determining an operation condition of a chemical and volume control system on the basis of the determined deviation. The objective of the present invention is to provide the load-following operation method and the operation system for the same, wherein the chemical and volume control system is automatically controlled in accordance with variation of a load.
