The present invention relates to a total residual oxidant (TRO) measuring apparatus installed in a ship having a ballast water treating device or a floating type structure and, more specifically, provides a TRO measuring apparatus which comprises: a measurement unit capable of measuring TRO concentration of seawater; a first pipe extending from a seawater pipe to the measurement unit; a water sampling pump installed in the first pipe to supply a water sample extracted from the seawater pipe to the measurement unit; and a second pipe branched from the first pipe to extend to the seawater pipe, and enabling the water sample to branch and return to the seawater pipe.
