PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composting method which annihilates pathogenic fungus in compost raw material by utilizing such a phenomenon that the compost raw material falls into a high temperature state when the compost raw material is stacked high and, thereafter, performs the composting at a normal temperature by lowering the stacking height of the compost raw material.SOLUTION: Compost raw material A for at least three days from a projection side of a processing part 110 for storing the compost raw material A is stacked at a height of 1.8 m or more, pathogenic fungus in the compost raw material A is annihilated by self heat generation and, on a processing part region of the discharge side rather than the portion on which the pathogenic fungus in the compost raw material is annihilated, the compost raw material is stacked low at a height of 0.3 to 0.6 m and is fertilized at a normal temperature, odor generated from the compost raw material A is reduced and, when the compost raw material A stacked at a height of 1.8 m or more is turned, at the same time, is fed progressively to the adjacent processing part region of the discharge side and is stacked low, composting seed fungus assuming 30 to 40°C as suitable environment is inoculated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
