PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a wire harness waterproof sheet that can waterproof wire harness in a simple manner; a wire harness with waterproof sheet; and a simple waterproof structure for wire harness.SOLUTION: Provided is a wire harness waterproof sheet 10 which is a sheet with waterproofness that can cover a wire harness 20 attached to a vehicle or the like; and according to said constitution, the wire harness 20 covered with a wire harness waterproof sheet 10 can be protected from the dripping of water droplets or the like, and thereby the wire harness 20 can be waterproofed in a simple manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
