PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet-embedded rotor unit manufacturing method and a magnetization device capable of upgrading a rotor unit 20.SOLUTION: Radial direction magnetization sections 30 provided with permanent magnets 32 are arranged opposite to each other in a radial direction of a rotor unit 20. Axial direction magnetization sections 40 and 50 are arranged at both end faces of the rotor unit 20 in an axial direction Da. The axial direction magnetization sections 40 and 50 have low permeability sections 42 and 52 and high permeability sections 44 and 54. The low permeability sections 42 and 52 are arranged opposite to each other with magnet materials 26a in between. Magnetic flux flows from a north pole of the permanent magnet 32 in the radial direction magnetization section 30, enters a core 22 in a radial direction, traverses the magnet material 26a and returns to a south pole of the permanent magnet 32. Also, the magnetic flux enters the core 22 through the high permeability sections 44 and 54 of the axial direction magnetization sections 40 and 50, traverses the magnet material 26a and returns to the south pole of the permanent magnet 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
