PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent integrally coupled components having a different thermal expansion coefficient from being deformed by a thermal stress caused by temperature variation.SOLUTION: A part piece bent in a direction crossing a predetermined direction of a component is provided in the component having a large thermal expansion coefficient, so as to reduce a thermal stress in the predetermined direction of the component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
