ACCELERATION DETECTION SYSTEM FOR WORK MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect acceleration generated in a work machine in a simplified manner when an output signal from an acceleration sensor has variation in a zero point.SOLUTION: From an acceleration sensor installed on a work machine, acceleration detection voltage Vs corresponding to an acceleration generated in the work machine is output. While the acceleration sensor is stationary in a specified direction, the acceleration detection voltage Vs output from the acceleration sensor is measured. An offset value obtained by subtracting a preset reference zero point V0 from the measured actual zero point V0f is held as a correction value for zero point correction. Then the zero point of the acceleration detection voltage Vs output from the acceleration sensor is corrected according to the held correction value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5A-5B
