PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method and a management device of a W/O micro emulsion type detergent, capable of easily and correctly determining a water state in the W/O micro emulsion type detergent.SOLUTION: The management method of the W/O micro emulsion type detergent is configured to measure conductance of the W/O micro emulsion type detergent during use, then calculate relative conductance R based on the acquired conductance and conductance of the W/O micro emulsion type detergent which is unused, then, cleaning is performed when the relative conductance of the W/O micro emulsion type detergent is equal to or more than 0.30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
