PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure air measuring device, which can be used while being installed to an automatic tool changer without stopping a machine tool during measuring, for detecting the clogging of an air path provided on a main shaft to blow off pressure air for cleaning a holder portion of a tool detachably attached to the main shaft of the machine tool.SOLUTION: A pressure air measuring device is provided, which has a holder portion detachably attached to a main shaft of a machine tool, is provided with a channel corresponding to a main shaft channel provided on the main shaft of the machine tool to blow off pressure air, computes at least either one of pressure or a flow rate of the pressure air by a sensor to obtain a measurement value, and wirelessly transmits pressure air state information and power supply residual amount information to the outside. A machine tool system is also provided, which receives the pressure air state information and the power supply residual amount information, and stops the machine or outputs a warning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
