PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound proof panel and a sound proof wall which can keep a loading condition in high intensity even when the distance between columns adjacent to each other changes in an unignorable degree.SOLUTION: A sound proof panel 10 comprises a sound absorptive material 12, a housing 14 housing the sound absorptive material 12 and having a back face S2, a left face S6, a top face S3 and an underside S4, and a spacer member 50 inserted in a space 90 between the back face S2 and a flange part 88. The spacer member 50 is fixed to the housing 14 in a state of being disposed at a position striding over the back face S2 and the top face S3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
