PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductive heating removal device and removal method of a painting coated film which suppresses temperature rising of a heating coil, makes the mounting of the whole devices onto a traveling truck possible, thereby, makes conveyance of the devices upon processing to a long-distance structure such as a bridge unnecessary and improves the operation efficiency.SOLUTION: A high-frequency wave generation device arranged in a casing 47, a cooling water circulation device arranged in a casing 48, a rotating tool 38 and a grinding/cleaning device 3 are mounted on a traveling truck 49. The high-frequency wave generation device is subjected to power-feeding by means of a cord 50, and an alternate current is caused to flow through a heating coil 5 to generate a magnetic field. A conductive body objective material is arranged on a coil inner side circular shape space part of the heating coil 5 and the painting coated film deposited onto the surface of the conductive body objective material by the occurrence of magnetic field is floated, is softened or burned. The rotating tool 38 is subjected to power-feeding by means of a cord 51, and a rotation shaft in the grinding/cleaning device 3 is rotated and driven.
