PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering lock device which can suppress a drive force necessary for a solenoid, is small in size, reduced in power consumption, and can reduce the heat generation of the solenoid.SOLUTION: A steering lock device 1 comprises: a link 40 which blocks the rotation of a camshaft 20 to a LOCK position in a regulated position, and permits the rotation of the camshaft 20 to the LOCK position in a permission position; a slider 50 which is located at a cam part 21 at one end so as to be interlocked therewith, can be engaged with a plunger 31 at the other end, and can be interlocked with the drive of the plunger 31 to a withdrawal position; and a spring 60 which energizes the slider 50. The slider 50 moves to a disappearing position of the plunger 31 while being separated from the plunger 31 by withstanding an energization force of the spring 60 interlocked with the cam part 21 in accordance with a turn of the camshaft 20 to an ON-position side from the LOCK position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
