The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hot water mat cheaper than other materials, obtaining excellent nontoxic properties, and capable of forming a component into a desirable form and, more specifically, to a hot water mat capable of increasing safety by obtaining excellent chemically resistance and excellent electric insulation and a manufacturing method of the hot water mat by adopting a polyethylene (PE) foam for a sheet to mount a hot water pipe. Especially, the another purpose of the present invention is to provide the hot water mat and the manufacturing method thereof capable of increasing marketability by preventing the hot water pipe from being easily separated from an insertion groove while increasing manufacturing efficiency by forming the single insertion groove wherein the hot water pipe is inserted in the PE foam through the entire length of the PE foam to have a C-shape cross section. In addition, the other purpose of the present invention is to provide the hot water mat and the manufacturing method thereof not only capable of securing the rigidity of the hot water mat, but also capable of improving durability and enabling a user to improve health by emitting substances useful to a human body while maintaining the shape by additionally attaching a nonwoven fabric or a red-clay nonwoven fabric between a surface layer and the PE foam. |
