The present invention relates to a public transportation usage information providing system comprising: a user terminal including an RFID tag, for supporting wireless communication; a management server for receiving registration of information on the RFID tag; and a master device, installed in a public transportation facility, for recognizing RFID tagging of a customer who boards or gets off the facility. When the user terminal recognizes the RFID tagging of the customer who boards or gets off the facility, the master device transmits the recognized RFID tagging information to the management server in real time. Thus, by providing detailed information on public transportation usage for a user terminal or another terminal that a user terminal permits, history on the public transportation usage can be easily managed, and at the same time, another terminal can check the information on the public transportation usage in real time, thereby enhancing user security. |
